I bring a builder's eye to commercial real estate at The Broker Reserve. As co-owner of an exterior construction company, I know how a building goes together, where it fails, and what it really costs to fix, so my clients hear about the roof and the deferred maintenance before they sign, not after.

I built my career representing buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury homes, new construction, and investment property across two markets, Arizona and Calgary Canada. I carry that contract and negotiation experience into my work with owners, investors, and business operators in the Phoenix Metro, and my time in both markets makes me an easy first call for Canadian investors looking at Arizona.

I'm also a business owner, which shapes how I work. I understand what a lease or a purchase means to the person running the company, and I stay direct, prepared, and on the deal until it closes.

When I'm not working a deal, I run Faith-Based Barbie, the faith-based clothing company I founded and I still train like a competitor. I spent more than a decade in competitive bodybuilding and won an overall national title, so a long escrow doesn't scare me.
